About
Joseph Brakohiapa, Founder & Principal
Philosophy: The highest cost conversations inside organisations are not those that go badly. They are the conversations that never happen — avoided because they feel uncomfortable, deprioritised because their value isn't immediately legible, or deferred - until the moment has passed.
Joseph has spent 35 years in and around that gap.
History: Joseph founded Condor Group for clients who understand that cost. Not as a theory, but as something they've watched compound inside their own organisations — in the hire that was delayed a quarter too long, the restructuring that was socialised but never executed, the commercial pivot that everyone saw coming but no one named.
He brings that experience to organisations navigating volatility, complexity, and the human dynamics that quietly determine whether transformation succeeds or stalls. As someone who's sat in the seat — founding and scaling a venture-backed company, driving enterprise sales across technology and software, and leading commercial transformations across industrial services, clean energy, and AI — he understands that the gap between what leadership intends and what the organisation actually does is rarely a strategy problem. It's a human one.
Condor Group exists to close that gap.
